音楽原盤制作会社ビーイングに所属し、スタジオミュージシャンとして活躍していた、

ベーシスト西村麻聡、ギタリスト北島健二、ドラマー山田わたるの3名により、

1985年6月に結成され、1987年6月21日にEPIC SONYより、

アルバム「FENCE OF DEFENSE」　シングル「フェイシア」でデビュー。
